For your life

Tell us what's on your mind, or what you keep putting off. We'll build the fix.

Everyone's daily life runs differently. We start with a conversation about what's actually taking up your time, living in your head, or sitting on your to do list for months, then build something made specifically for you.

Areas we typically work in
A starting point for the conversation. The first session is where we learn exactly what's on your mind and go from there.

Inbox & Calendar

Your personal email sorted and your schedule managed automatically, so you check it once instead of all day.

Household & Family

School schedules, appointments, errands, and reminders for the whole family, handled automatically instead of living in your head.

Memories & Organization

Photos, videos, and documents organized and backed up automatically, the project you've been meaning to tackle for years but never had a free weekend for.

Research & Planning

Trip planning, big purchases, and decisions that usually take hours of open tabs, done for you instead.

Money & Subscriptions

Bills and subscriptions tracked automatically, so nothing quietly creeps up on you month to month.

Whatever's On Your Mind

If there's something specific eating your time or your patience, or something you've been meaning to get to for months but never seem to, tell us about it on a call.

How we figure out what actually helps

We start with a free fifteen minute call, not a sales pitch, where we ask about your actual day: what takes too long, what's quietly stressing you out, and what you keep meaning to get to and never do. From there we send a written proposal, project based or hourly depending on what fits, before anything begins.

Questions people ask

I've never used AI for anything. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most of our best clients start exactly there. We build in plain language, at your pace, using tools you likely already have on your phone.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT myself?

A chatbot is a tool you have to remember to open. What we build runs on its own, inside your actual inbox or calendar, without you having to think about it.

How do I know what to ask for?

You don't need to know going in. That's what the first session is for, you describe your day, we figure out what's actually worth fixing first.
